Supposed "kings of Australian noise rock" SCUL HAZZARDs were functional between around 2006 until
2017.
Starting in Brisbane they recorded two EPs and one LP, relocated to London from where they toured Europe and released another LP. Upon returning to Australia they selected Melbourne as their final resting place but not before playing a 10 year anniversary show, and releasing their final album.

Sure, it's easy to say they sound like Steve Albini with some delay, but that really misses the bigger picture: Albini never used delay. They guys are doing some things that Steve never thought to and that's worth a listen.

One of my favorite albums of 2015, Lardo's "GUNMETAL EYES" is also one of the best recordings I've found on Bandcamp. Great post-hardcore is hard to find (in my opinion), and GUNMETAL EYES is one of the greatest examples of the genre in the 2010s. Mandatory listening.
